In 2009 Toyota offered a facelifted Yaris Second generation facelift with internal naming KSP90, ZSP90, NLP90, NSP90, SCP90, NCP93, ZSP91, NCP91 which stayed unchanging after facelift. Yaris Second generation facelift was available in Europe, General, and North America.

Toyota offered various engines for Yaris Second generation facelift including 89 HP, 99 HP, 98 HP, 130 HP, and 131 HP.
