In 2009 Hyundai offered a facelifted Grandeur Fourth generation facelift with internal naming TG which stayed unchanging after facelift. Grandeur Fourth generation facelift was available in Europe.

Hyundai offered various engines for Grandeur Fourth generation facelift including 232 HP, 148 HP, and 153 HP.

In November 2011 Hyundai discontinued Grandeur Fourth generation facelift.
